Guest Pastor News
The Pastoral Search Committee has been holding regular meetings, virtually and prayerfully, as we work toward getting an interim pastor and updating our church’s profile. As part of what we’ve been working on, we have enlisted the help of the Rev. Dr. Larry D. Pickens to preach for us on the first Sunday in both June and July. He will bring the message as well as lead us through virtual communion. The remainder of the Sundays in June and July, the Rev. Ken Webster will be bringing the message. Rev. Webster has ministered here at Calvary over the past several years when Pastor Mardy has been away, and while he recovered from a lengthy illness. Throughout this time, the committee will continue to interview interim pastor candidates. We continue to ask for your prayers as we seek God’s wisdom and discernment as we know He is preparing us and our future pastor to come together!
